Filter Replacement – Filter Media & ICN Riser Manifold Kit – Model #’s: ICN/GAC-1465 (2017 and older), ICN/GAC-1465-TS (touch screen valves 2018-2022), ICN/GAC-1465-V2 (2022 to present).

Due to weight, fully assembled tanks for media/ICN replacement are not available. Tank (item # TANK-1465) can be ordered separately with media replacement.

Filtration Media: 99 lbs. (3.0 cubic feet) of NSF compliant 100% pure EWS proprietary blend of biodegradable and compostable granular activated carbon with a minimum iodine rating of 1500. No fillers, binders or metal resins

Underbed: 50 lbs. of specific pea gravel materials for proper water and backwash flow and distribution

Hard Water Conditioning: ICN riser & manifold, food & beverage rated PVC distribution riser with lower screen and a two ICN manifold for conditioning of hardness (naturally found calcium & magnesium) minerals up to 30 grains (up to 500 mg/l) as an alternative to salt softening.

Valve: Advanced easy to use valve. Made of non-corrosive, food & beverage grade noryl plastic. Metered for proper diagnostics and information with water conservation settings and simple system startup.

Integrated Bypass: Bypass comes with 1″ and 1-1/4″ adaptors included for easy install setup

Tank: Food & beverage grade, non-corrosive,one-piece, blow-molded polyethelyene interior with structured fiberglass outer laminate.

Tank Cover: BPA-free, phthalate-free tank wrap

Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Install in cold water feed applications only (for instance, install before a water heater so hot water does not flow into the appliance). Install in compliance with local and state regulations.
